TERMS OF SERVICE
• Obvious ones first, I can decline commissions• Be patient, polite, and kind as we work together. We're here to create something pretty• Pricing: Price depends on the level of detail for the overall figure. (Character Details, Effects, Terrain, Weapons, Mount, etc.)• Payment: After finishing the concept and ready to move forward, 50% upfront payment is required before I start on the project, the other remaining 50% after the approval of the final process. Payment options are via PAYPAL, WISE, PAYONEER. After work is done, remaining 50% shall be paid and I will provide the files• Deliverables: Video Turntable and image renders, STL files (for 3D printing), ZTL file• Timeline: Entire process usually takes 4-5 weeks (roughly 1 month). Will take more but I'll let you know early. I will be transparent with my schedule while working on it.• Workload I usually take only ONE Commission in a month WHEN I CAN. Queue can be reprioritize based on my workload. *Note that I also do other Personal work for my content creation on Patreon, so if you see me streaming working on another figure, don't fret, since I will be giving a timeline for the commission work and it will always be a priority.• Concept: Providing for a sketch concept or Illustration to base the figure on is recommended if possible.• Revisions: It should NOT derive from the initial concept, unless I agreed to. Minor revisions like face is not match on the character, body type, anything that is not accurately interpreted on my side is okay. I'm always open to constructive feedback.• Cancellation: 50% is non-refundable when we start the project. If I cancel the project myself due to unforeseen circumstances, I'll refund them. If you wanted to cancel the project half-way due to some circumstance, I would kindly ask for the remaining 50% to still be paid. Please understand that this is also one of my main sources of income and cancelling a project half-way of the process would be difficult on my financial side.• Cut & Key for 3D Printing: Cut and keys are included on the pricing• Physical Figures - A lot of people seems to approach me on this but I don't do physical figures. Yes you can do 3D print through my STL files, and commission people to print and paint for you to produce the actual figures. I can refer you to some people that I know who can do the physical figs

(eg; Editing out watermark, altering my sculpt, altering Terrains/Bases are fine)• Once the project is done, I won't be responsible for how it will be used.• I have the rights to post the work on my socials• Credit me when you do some posting~• Rights to sell the model, physical, and commercial shall be discussed privately. EXCLUSIVITY - 20% to 50% the total price of the estimate (Negotiable)
[Applies to Vtubers/Content Creators that wants to keep the model for themselves or their fans. You also have the rights to sell the digital and physical model, but credit me as the artist. I won't be selling the model anywhere]
PERSONAL - Normal Pricing
[You have the rights to sell the PHYSICAL MODEL/PRINTS ONLY, after a month, I will have the rights to sell the STL on my store via Cults3D, and similar websites (People that buys the model won't be able to sell the physical models and only to be used as personal) Merchant will only be exclusive to you (the commissioner). Your name will be credited as the client of this commission.]
